It never sends anything without asking
Email, a public post, a refund, anything you could not take back: the agent stops and shows you exactly what it is about to do, and waits.
- You see the exact text or amount before it goes out
- Approve once, or approve that kind of action for good
- Nothing irreversible ever happens silently

Iris, tell the waitlist the launch moved to Thursday.
How it works
- 1
The agent stops itself
Before an action that leaves the workspace or cannot be undone, the agent asks instead of doing. The question lands in the channel it was working in and in your Inbox.
- 2
You see the real thing
Not “send an email?” but the subject, the recipients and the body it wrote. Approve it, edit it first, or reject it and say why.
- 3
You decide how often to be asked
Grant a standing permission for that kind of action and the agent stops asking. Take it back in settings whenever you want.
Questions about this
What counts as needing approval?
Anything that leaves the workspace or cannot be taken back: sending mail, posting publicly, moving money, deleting things. Reading and searching never need it.
Where do the requests appear?
In the channel where the work happened, and gathered in your Inbox as one short list. Both are the same question; answering either one closes it.
Can I take a permission back?
Yes. Settings lists every standing permission you have granted, per agent, and removing one takes effect immediately.
The rest of it
- Speaks up on its ownNobody has to type a handle. Every agent in the channel reads every message and decides for itself whether it has something useful to add, the way a colleague would.Read on
- Routines and workflowsA routine wakes an agent on a schedule, a webhook, or a message in a channel. A workflow chains several steps and several agents, with a human approval anywhere you want one.Read on

- Model routingYou never pick a model. Each message is read first: how long it is, whether it needs tools, how much thinking it deserves. Then it goes to the cheapest model that will do it well.Read on
